Harlow Hilltop Pre-school was established in 1974 and is situated in the ‘Green hut’, Harlow Community Centre, Harlow Hill, Harrogate.
We aim to provide a happy, warm, stimulating and secure environment so that your child will enjoy their time with us. Children have a
right to an environment that facilitates their development, offering opportunities for learning and fun
As a registered charity the Conditions of our Registration under
the Children’s Act (1989) means that we are regularly inspected by Ofsted in order to ensure that the quality of care and education
we provide meets the standards required by Ofsted.
Working in partnership with our parents, we aim to provide the best in early years education.
Our Main Aims:
- To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age in a parent-involving, community-based group.
- To provide a safe, secure and stimulating inclusive environment.
- To work within a specially tailored curriculum leading to the early learning goals as defined in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Individual care and attention made possible by a high ratio of adults to children.
- Opportunities for you and your family to be directly involved in the activities of the group and in your own child's progress.
- A framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and their families.
Opening Times
The Pre-School currently offers sessions on the following days, term time only:

| Wednesday | 09:00-13:00 (Lunch 12.00-13.00) |
| Thursday | 09:00–12:00 and/or 12.00-15.00 |
| Friday | 09:00–12:00 and/or 12.00-1500 |
